Installation Schematic – Parts Identification

Settings & Features

1. Speed Setting

Speed is measured in Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) and is displayed on the screen when the motor is powered on.

  • Press 【+】 to increase speed

  • Press 【–】 to decrease speed

  • Release the button once the desired speed appears on the screen

  • Wait approximately 1 second for the setting to be saved

When “oE” appears on the display, the speed has been set successfully.

2. Rotation Direction Setting

To change the motor’s rotation direction:

  1. Long-press 【R】 to enter the U Menu

  2. Release the button when “U” appears on the screen

  3. Press 【R】 repeatedly to scroll through settings U0 – U8

  4. Select U2

  5. Press 【+】 or 【–】 to change the value

  6. 0 = Clockwise rotation

  7. 1 = Counterclockwise (anticlockwise) rotation

Wait until “oE” appears on the screen to confirm the setting.

3. Needle Position Setting

(Requires synchronizer installation)

If a synchronizer is installed, you can set the needle stopping position:

  • Press 【N】 once (single press)

  • The screen will display the current needle position:

    • UP = Needle stops in the up position

    • DN = Needle stops in the down position

Note: This function only works when a synchronizer is connected to the controller.

4. Restore Factory Settings

To reset the controller to factory defaults:

  • Long-press 【N】 for 5 seconds

  • Release the button when “oE” appears on the display

The controller will then be restored to factory settings.

Common Problems and Solutions

Err1

Cause: The motor experiences extreme difficulty rotating and stops working.Solution: Restore the controller to factory settings.

Err2

Cause: Abnormal voltage or current (too high or too low).Solution:

  • Check the power supply and voltage stability

  • Correct any power issues

  • Restore the controller to factory settings

Err4

Cause:

  • Loose or improperly connected wires

  • Possible hall sensor failure in the motor

Solution:

  • Check and secure all wire connections

  • Restore factory settings

  • If the problem persists, send the unit for repair

Warning:Do NOT open the servo motor casing or expose live electrical components under any circumstances.
