Family Dress Form Series

All Family Dress forms carries a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees the unit to be free of manufacturer defect. In the event that the unit has a manufacturer defect, China Feiyue USA Inc. will at its discretion repair or replace the unit. This limited warranty is offered to the customer provided that your item is used for the intended operation and is given reasonable good care in accordance with normal use. Normal wear and tear of the parts, accidents, abuse, negligence, acts of God or if the machines have been previously repaired by an authorized or unqualified dealer, retailer or technician are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty is void if item has been dissassembled, altered in any way or has been used beyond the stated limitation of the equipment. Customer is responsible for the transportation from and to China Feiyue USA Inc.

For repair services, please contact the Service Department of China Feiyue USA Inc. for the nearest authorized service center and for proper procedures at service@feiyueusa.com or 1-888-8FEIYUE. No Warranty Service will be given unless case has been assigned an official RMA number.
