General Terms Of Sale

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the item in case you return the unit to us.All retuns incure a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling for both ways (to you and from you) will be paid by customers and will be deducted from the final credit amount.

**Please be aware that refused packages will be charged 20% restocking fee along with the carrier charges for both ways.

Due to the fact that we are trying to bring to you the lowest prices on all of our products, shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item. If you got a defective unit, please arrange with us for a replacement unit.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working. Defective items must be communicated to China Feiyue immediately and customers are responsible for informing shipping company of shipping damages. In the event that shipping claims are denied by shipping carriers in result of delay in filling claims, China Feiyue USA Inc will not be held responsible. We will credit or exchange defective items only. Please return the unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded.

Damage Claims Policy: (Dealers & Distributors)

Please inspect merchandise carefully as to content and conditions upon receipt. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to China Feiyue USA Inc. within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of merchandise. In the event a package arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging must be retained until the problem has been solved.
China Feiyue USA Inc, will not be resposible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.

Return/Exchange Policy:(Dealers & Distributors)

Items sold by China Feiyue Yamata USA Inc. are new unless otherwise stated. All returns must include an official issued RMA#.

Returns will not be accepted and will be refused without an official RMA# issued by China Feiyue and a copy of the original invoice. Said warranty is to commence on the date stated on the invoice and will void at the end of the specified period in the warranty. Warranties are not transferable.

All items sold by China Feiyue USA Inc. must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all instructions/documentations/packaging/accessories and blank warranty cards. Missing or unreturned items for exchanges or returns will be charged to the customer. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging unless otherwise stated during RMA# requesition. Ship to us prepaid by a traceable method.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WIHTOUT AN RMA# ISSUED BY CHINA FEIYUE USA INC AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM END USERS.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE INITIAL PURCHSASE DATE.

We reserves the right to cancel any order due to a typographical error, and are not responsible for any typographical errors which may occur in the price or product description.

Service Procedures and Policies

If you are inquiring about a service issue within 30 days of your initial purchase, please contact your retailer directly.

Please download, review and complete the Product Service Request Form. Submit the completed form to service@feiyueusa.com or via FAX at (909)613-5808.

Manufacturer's Service will not be accepted without the RMA# and a copy of the original invoice. RMA numbers are good for 30 days from the date of issue. If service item is not received within 30 days of receiving the RMA number, you will have to complete this procedure once again.

For safety purposes, please ship service items in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories and manual. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging unless otherwise stated during RMA# requesition. Ship to us prepaid by a traceable method.

A nonimal shipping and handling fee applies on all manufacturer service. More details can be found in the Product Service Request Form.

The manufacturer's warranty is only offered if purchases are made on new items from authorized retailers. Purchasing used or reconditioned units as well as purchasing from 3rd party auction sites such as Ebay unless from authorized retailers will void standard warranty.

Service items that are received will be reviewed by a certified technician.
Within 7 days of the receipt of the service item, the customer will be contacted and informed of the condition and if service is needed for the item.

All service items carry a 90 days service warranty from the date of the completion of said service. All service warranties must be claimed before the 90 day period ends. No grace periods will be given.

The customer will be informed when item is ready to be returned.
Upon this notification, customers have 30 days to pickup or inform us of shipping arrangements. We will contact customer via an official method that item(s) is ready. Items left over 30 days will be disposed of at our own discretion.
