Industrial Sewing Machines

All Feiyue/Yamata USA industrial sewing machine heads are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase against manufacturer's defects due to imperfections in workmanship and materials.
This warranty does not cover transportation, postage and parts below considered to be items with wear and tear with normal use.
Needles, bobbins, belts, light bulbs, bobbin cases, rotating hooks, needle plates, feed dogs, shuttles, springs, tension, needle bars, take-up levers, screws and thread guides.
All parts other then those specified above that have been deemed defective by the manufacturer, at our discretion will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer provided that are returned to us for verification. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost from and to China Feiyue USA Inc for warranty service/replacement. This limited warranty is offered to the customer provided that your machine is used for normal sewing purposes and is given reasonable good care and lubrication in accordance with the instructions set forth in the instruction book. Normal wear and tear of the parts, accidents, abuse, negligence, acts of God or if the machines have been previously repaired by an authorized or unqualified sewing machine dealer, retailer or technician are not covered by this warranty. Repairs or service should always be performed by a certifeid sewing technician.
Warranty is void if machine has been dissassembled or altered in any way.

Industrial Clutch Motors

Components are warranted for 6 months from the date of the original purchase against manufacturer's defects excluding the swtitch assembly, capacitor and clutch. Warranty does not cover transportation and postage.
Customer is responsible for transportation costs from and to China Feiyue USA Inc.

Industrial Servo Motors

Components are warranted for 6 months from the date of the original purchase against manufacturer's defects excluding the swtitch assembly, capacity, speed regulator and pulley. Warranty does not cover transportation and postage.
Customer is responsible for transportation costs from and to China Feiyue USA Inc.

Industrial Embroidery Machine (Compact/Bridge)

Your FEIYUE YAMATA embroidery machine is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship as outlined below if purchased new from China Feiyue USA Inc. Please review the entire content of this warranty information sheet carefully.

Six (6) Months:
All parts and labor excluding consumables
One (1) Year:
All electrical/electronic parts and components except consumables
NOTE:  It is highly recommended that customers in areas with frequent loss of power or brown-outs (dimming of lights as an example) obtain and install an appropriately sized UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to minimize the potential for electrical/electronic damage to the machine.
Five (5) Years:
Major structural components (machine body/frame), Shafts, Pulleys, Gears, Sealed Bearings (except Motor Bearings – Covered under Electrical)
Consumables:
Consumable parts include, but not limited to, Bobbins, Bobbin Cases, Needles, Needle Bars, Rotary Hooks, Light Bulbs, Hoops, Presser Feet, Trimming Knives, Under Thread Pressers, Upper Thread Hooks, Reciprocators, Fuses and Springs.
Explanation of Warranty:
The Factory specifically excludes the ability to perform any intended function.  It is the responsibility of the customer to assure themselves the purchased machine will perform the function(s) they desire prior to taking delivery.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to arrange for periodical inspections and services for your Feiyue Yamata embroidery machines. We recommend your embroidery machine to be inspected every 6 months and serviced every 12 months by a certified embroidery technician in order to maintain your machine’s operating status. Failure to do so might increase the chance of your machine to perform below its intended performance level. Any damage or service that might arise due to the failure to properly maintaining your machine will void your warranty.

Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, modification from factory supplied configuration, failure to follow manufacturer’s operating and/or maintenance instructions, acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters (such as fire, flooding, lightning), improper or unstable power supply, cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the equipment operation and normal wear and tear.

This warranty is Parts only and does not include labor, travel time, expenses or freight required to perform warranty repairs.  Warranty repairs must be performed or supervised by a technician certified by China Feiyue USA Inc.  Warranty does not cover damage/failure of parts/components repaired, modified or adjusted by a non certified technician.
The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies only to NEW Feiyue Yamata mbroidery Machines purchased in the United States of America directly from China Feiyue USA Inc.

This warranty is void if anyone other than China Feiyue USA Inc. or one of its certified technicians attempts to repair or modify the machine or if parts and/or accessories other than Feiyue Yamata are used in conjunction with your Feiyue Yamata embroidery machine. The above warranty does not apply to machines purchased through a dealer or distributor. The warranty on machines purchased through any dealer or distributor is covered by the respective dealer or distributor.
